The Practice
01 / The Elements
I gather soil, leaves, and petals from different cities across the world. To preserve the memory of a place, I never blend them—each canvas holds the elements of only one specific city
02 / The Process
Using handmade glue, I layer these fragments with Hanji (traditional Korean paper). I am layering more than just materials; I am layering emotions and tracing memories
03 / The Invitation
In this meditative journey, I found slowness and peace. My work is an invitation to step out of this rushed world and find that same stillness within the layers
